Place your tongue at the roof of the mouth with lips close. Then take a deep breath in by a nose, and pull air down to the stomach, and then slowly breathe out. Repeat this process at least 5 times in 1 set.

Deep breathing while prone lying:

In this phase, a patient position is lye on the stomach and rest a patient head on their hands, Tongue place at the roof of the mouth and close mouth tightly. Then breathe through the nose and pull down to the stomach. Slowly breathe out the process and repeat this process at least 5 times in 1 set.

Deep breathing while in sitting position:

This phase allows a patient in a sitting position. Fold their hands on the stomach and close their eyes with place tongue on the roof of the mouth. Then take a deep breath down into your stomach and exhale out slowly. Repeat this process 5 times in 1 set.

Deep breathing while in standing position:

In this phase, allow a patient hand around the side of the stomach while in a standing position. Allow a patient to close their lips and tongue place on the roof of their mouth. Then take a deep breath, which is pulled down into the stomach, and slowly exhale in repeat this process at least 5 times in 1 set.
