COVID-19 more affects the patients who are suffering from cardio and pulmonary disorders. In the self-quarantine, an exercise becomes a more difficult task to adjust to the daily routine. Once a cardiac patient drops physical activity for their life, it allows risk factor for more damage to their heart. Self-quarantine can also cause to increase in their stress level, and mental health becomes a compromise. To manage your body with physical and mental disorders in quarantine so, you have to include physical activity in your daily routine.
Aerobic Exercises For Cardiac Patients:
according to WHO recommendation, a cardiac patient should be performing 150 minutes of moderate-intensity and 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity in a weak, which is recommended by WHO. No matter you have no trainer and a small area to perform daily aerobic exercise. There are so many exercises that need small space to perform. Some exercises are:
- Sit-up (squatting)
- Rope hopping
- Stairs climbing
- Play with your pet
- Walking even in a small space
- Clean up your garden
- Take part in-home activity

Not especially for cardiac patients, it is advised to all the people to avoid overdoing exercises. Because it does not give you any benefits but, it may give side effects. There are the following things which you must avoid to perform an exercise.
- Avoid at least one hour when you take meals
- Do not start exercise before warm-up and stretching exercises.
- Take a rest for a few minutes if you drink water during exercise.
- If you want to change your exercise first, ask for a trainer then apply.
At home, it becomes quite difficult to take out your time for exercise. But if you design your exercise interesting and joyful, I am sure that you will never skip exercise in quarantine.
